Fall Sports: Checking in with Football

Team hopes that setting small goals will yield big results

The football team has already been off to a strong start, beating their last four opponents. They have only given up 13 points in their last four games so far.

“We want to focus on things week by week rather than looking forward to any long term goals. In the long run our weekly goals will determine how the future of our team will end up,” says senior Marquez Antinori. Football coach Joseph Clause keeps his team’s objectives as simple as, “(getting) better every day.”

The team looks to continue their winning ways this Friday (10/7), when they face Fair Lawn High School.
