8th Grade Tours:

On Thursday, October 20 and Friday, October 21, 8th graders from all four towns came to NVOT to get familiar with their future school. The students were accompanied by student council members to show them around the school and introduce them to student life.

JV Debate Team:

On Tuesday, October 18, the JV debate team competed in their first competition of the year at Tenafly High School.

College Fair:

On Thursday, October 20, NVOT hosted the annual college fair from 6-8 p.m. in the North Gym and North Cafeteria. The fair was open to all students in the Northern Valley and Pascack Valley. After holding the past three college fairs online, NVOT welcomed over 100+ colleges and universities.

Wellness Club:

On Thursday, October 20, the Wellness Center hosted its weekly wellness walks during the first half of lunch. According to Dr. Gina Resivo and Lydia Greco, these walks are a fun way for students to learn healthy coping mechanisms, talk freely with wellness counselors, and serve as an alternative for students who need to fulfill detentions.
