On Saturday, October 22, the Marching Band performed at Ridge High School. The team won first place out of five bands in their class and were awarded for best color guard, percussion, music, and visual.

Drum major Kiki Liu says that despite their score of 85.2, “there were some timing issues, but overall we did okay” and believes this is an opportunity for the band to improve for States. 

States take place at 6 pm on October 29 at Hillsborough high school. The band will also perform at Nationals on November 5th in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
