The Knight, and all of A hallway, decked out for Halloween.

This October has been called “the busiest month for Student Council,” by club advisor Ms. Hollie Fox because of the holiday events the club is conducting.

The club “will be decorating the A hallway for Halloween, [and] hosting the Halloween costume contest,” informed Fox. The costume contest will be held during lunch on Halloween (Tuesday, Oct 31st). The Halloween Costume Contest will have 6 winners from a category of “best group, best pair, scariest, cutest, most creative, and best teacher,” stated Fox.

Fox said to register for the contest, “you just have to the show up to the north cafe at lunch on Halloween and approach the table that has the judges for the category you want to enter!” The judges who will decide the winners for each category consist of one staff member and one student per category.

According to Student Council secretary Aaron Denicola, Student Council “put up streamers and hung posters” for Halloween, on Monday, October 30th. Fox said, “we are putting up streamers and other wall decals like skeletons and pumpkins” to get festive for the season.
