Starts
Jordan Mason (RB) – The 49ers running back broke out this season starting with four consecutive double-digit performances in the first four weeks. However, in the last three games he has struggled with three consecutive single-digit performances. Jordan Mason is likely to have a bounce-back game against the Cowboys this week who have the third-worst run defense in the league.
Romeo Doubs (WR) – Ever since returning from suspension Romeo Doubs has had back-to-back 17+ point games. Although the Packers run a spread offense with everyone getting touches, Doubs will be heavily utilized against the Jaguars with the second-worst secondary in the league.
Sits
Tony Pollard (RB) – Tony Pollard surprised many with the way he started the season however, after a single-digit performance last week he will likely struggle again against the second-best run defense in the Lions this week.
Alvin Kamara (RB) – Alvin Kamara had an explosive start to the season with 66 points in just the first two weeks. He has since calmed down, even getting as low as eight points last week against the Broncos. He goes against a top-three running defense in the Chargers this week. With Chris Olave questionable and Rasheed Shaheed and Derek Carr out, the Chargers know that they will go against a run-heavy offense.
Waiver Wire
Cedrick Wilson Jr. (WR) – With Rasheed Shaheed placed on IR, and Chris Olave out with a concussion, Cedrick Wilson Jr. had six catches and a touchdown. With Shaheed out for at least four weeks, Wilson becomes a viable flex play.
Keon Coleman (WR) – The Bills rookie struggled throughout the first six weeks to find a consistent connection with quarterback Josh Allen. However, with the arrival of Amari Cooper midweek, Keon Coleman received less focus from the defense resulting in a 125-yard performance.
