Girls Swim:
The girls had an away game on Wednesday against Wayne and won 93-76. Sophomore Zoey Aydin placed first in both her events, the 50 Free and 1oo Breast. The 200 MR team took first place, consisting of Aydin, junior Coco O’Connell, sophomore Edele Maymin, and sophomore Julia Fila. O’Connell placed first in the 100 Free and second in the 200 IM.
Boys Swim:
On Wednesday the boys had a home game against Wayne and lost 93-77. Sophomore Daniel Kim placed first in the 200 Free and second in the 100 Fly.
Boys Ice Hockey:
The boys team had a home game on January 14 and lost 9-3 to Northern Highlands. Senior Aidan Casbar scored one goal, junior William Park had one assist and scored two points, and sophomore Anthony Herbert had 19 saves.
Boys Bowling:
On Wednesday the boys had a home game against Westwood and won 5-2. Junior Selden Kolkebeck had a total of 628 high sets and 227 high games. On Thursday the boys had a home game against Passaic Tech and lost 5-2. Senior Alex Orecchio had achieved a high set of 587 and a high game of 215.
Girls Bowling:
On Wednesday, the girls had a home game against Westwood and won 7-0. Junior Julia Horgan had 386 high sets and 134 high games. On Thursday the girls had a home game against Passaic Tech and lost 7-0.
Wrestling:
On Wednesday the team had an away game against Pascack Valley and won 36-31. Freshman Matteo Morrissey had the fastest pin time with 2 minutes and 12 seconds. On Saturday the team had a Bergen County Tournament. Down 31-30 heading into the final match, Morrissey had an astonishing pin with 1:48 to go in the final period to continue the team’s dominance and ride their momentum to 7-0.
Girls Basketball:
On Tuesday the girls had an away game against Dumont and won 57-25. Junior Sienna Drullinsky scored 14 points, junior Mia Derrico scored 8 points, and sophomore Alivia Badurina scored 8 points. On Thursday the girls had a home game against Demarest and won 59-51. Drullinsky scored 18 points, freshman Alexa Caunedo scored 14 points, and Badurina scored 12 points. On Sunday the girls had an away game at Pascack Valley against Morris Hills for the Zach Latteri Foundation Benefit Games and won 42-33. Drullinksy scored 9 points, Caunedo scored 8 points, and Derrico scored 8 points.
Boys Basketball:
The boys had a home game on Tuesday against Dumont and won 49-31. Senior Dylan Drullinsky scored 16 points. On Thursday they had an away game against Demarest and lost 57-44. On Saturday the boys had a home game against Cresskill and won 48-47.
