Boys Ice Hockey:
On Monday the boys had an away game against Monroe-Woodbury (NY) and won 6-4. Senior Mitchell Brodsky scored 2 points, and senior Tyler Gaspin scored 2 goals. On Wednesday the boys had an away game against Parsippany Hills and won 5-1. Junior Lucas Sands scored 2 goals, and sophomore Jett Geraci scored 4 points.
Boys Bowling:
On Thursday the boys played against Vernon for the NJSIAA Tournament Quarterfinal Round and lost 2-1.
Wrestling:
On Monday, the boys had a home game against Becton for the NJSIAA Team Tournament Quarterfinal Round and won 63-11. Senior Ryan Sullivan had the fastest pin time of 31 seconds. Also on Monday, they had a home game against Ramapo for the NJSIAA Team Tournament Semifinal Round and won 39-25. On Wednesday, the boys had a home game against Wayne Valley for the NJSIAA Team Tournament Final Round, losing 40-23. Sullivan had the fastest pin time of 43 seconds.
Girls Basketball:
The girls had an away game against Demarest on Tuesday and lost 64-62. Freshman Alexa Caunedo scored 15 points and sophomore Alivia Badurina scored 15 points. On Thursday the girls had a home game against Teaneck and lost 60-51. Senior Sienna Drulinsky scored 14 points, Caunedo scored 11 points, and junior Mia Derrico scored 9 points.
Boys Basketball:
The boys had a home game on February 12 against Demarest and lost 62-39. Senior Nick Holloway scored 9 points and senior Dylan Sedano scored 8 points. On Thursday the boys had a home game against Teaneck and lost 85-55.
Track:
On February 12 the Group qualifiers raced at The Armory for the Bergen County Championships. On the girls side junior Angie Kelley placed 12th in the 400 Meter Dash, sophomore Nora Lee placed 2nd in the 100 Meter Run, sophomore Emilia Sanchez placed 9th in the 1600 Meter Run, sophomore Caroline Ognibene placed 3rd in High Jump, and senior Jamie Kim placed 1st in Pole Vault. On the boys’ side sophomore Prince Morrison placed 10th in the 400-meter dash, junior Brendan McNamara placed 7th in the 600 Meter Run, junior Benjamin Johnson placed 2nd in the 1000 Meter Run, junior Ciaran McNamara placed 10th in the 1600 Meter Run, and sophomore Shane Small placed 5th in Shot Put.
