-
Hannah Jung, junior, Korea: “Our traditional clothing is unique—people might not know that because they are not worn regularly, it’s only worn on special holidays and marriage.”
-
Joseph LaVine, senior, Lebanon: “My country is smaller than most states, as its smaller than New Jersey, in both population and size, but I think my favorite thing about Lebanon is just the food, because there is so much food that’s just so unique, and I pretty much live off of the food whenever I eat.”
-
Ciara Leddy, senior, France: “As president of french club with Eve Foote, I think that we thought that it was very important since we are head of French club, that we could also continue doing French Club at Diversity Day. I think it’s important that we continue to learn about French, and about other cultures through Diversity Day, and we continue our experience off of our club.”
-
Gabriela Mullaney, junior, Guatemala: “Guatemala has a lot of really tropical places and it’s nickname is ‘the land of the eternal spring.'”
