Breaking News: NVOT fully remote through 2/3
On January 20, Superintendent James Santana communicated via email to the district that NVOT will hold all classes virtually through February 3 after three individuals tested positive for COVID-19. The school is currently administering contact tracing and anybody who has been in close contact with these individuals will be notified and asked to quarantine for two weeks.
Although the entire district has been notified of the change, only NVOT will switch to fully online learning. NVD will remain in-person.
Additionally, all in-person sports and co-curricular activities are suspended until further notice as contact tracing is still underway. All rescheduled events will be communicated through respective coaches and advisors.
The anticipated return to in-person instruction is Thursday, February 4.
