The girls basketball team won its game against Northern Highlands 50-41. Junior Mackenzie Ward and Sophomore Maya Giordano co-lead the team in scoring with 16 points each. Junior Melissa Brennan chipped in 11 points and hit three three-pointers. 

Wednesday, December 29

The boys basketball team won the Garfield Tournament after beating Bogota 74-53. Senior Ilan Barnea had 27 points and junior Joshua Lim had 16 points behind four three-pointers. Junior Aidan Heaney had 12 points.

Thursday, December 30

The girls basketball team won its game against Oak Knoll 48-39 on the final day of the Cougar Classic Tournament. Ward led the team in scoring with 14 points and Senior Ashley Belous hit four three-pointers on her way to 12 points.
