School

On Wednesday, November 8, NVOT commemorated Veterans Day with a ceremony in front of the school during lunch. Staff and students spoke to honor veterans in the community.

TSA

On Wednesday, November 8, the Technology Student Association club (TSA) held a tournament with the online game Slope in room E103 during lunch. Students who competed had the chance to win a $15 Starbucks gift card.

DECA

The Distributive Education Clubs of America club (DECA) is running a food drive until November 21 for the Norwood Food Pantry. Students can donate food to the donation box by the main entrance, or money, which should be given to phys ed teacher Lindsay Steffner or guidance counselor Amanda Fitzpatrick.

Marching band

The marching band competed in the US Bands Open Class Nationals Saturday, November 4 at MetLife Stadium. The band scored fifth place out of twelve other bands
