NVOT’s Annual Volleyball Tournament Fundraiser
On Monday, February 25, NVOT hosted its annual junior-senior volleyball tournament to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Friends quickly allied to form teams of five to 10 members to take on the competition. The pay-to-play method required teams to pay 10 dollars at the door to enter the tournament.
Class Advisor Jordan Sheehan stated, “Students of all ability levels can participate and feel team camaraderie,” and, “Most importantly, they’re playing for a great cause.” Overall, 15 teams participated and $150 was raised for the Make-A-Wish foundation.
